With the acceleration of urbanization and the increase of industrial and agricultural activities,water pollution has become a global environmental problem,especially black and smelly water.The formation of black and smelly water not only destroys the ecosystem,but also seriously affects human social and economic activities and residents'quality of life,so comprehensive treatment of black and smelly water has become the key to solve water environment problems.Through source control,process management and late maintenance management,combined with physical,chemical and biological technologies,the problem of black and odorous water can be effectively improved.This requires not only the joint efforts of government、enterprises and the public,but also scientific and reasonable management strategies and technical support to achieve continuous improvement of water environment and ecological restoration.
