摘要

危险废物对环境的可持续发展有着严重威胁,焚烧处理可以对其进行无害化处理,减少危废物的危害.本文对回转窑的焚烧流程进行了分析.二燃室的安装角度、回转窑的长径比都会对焚烧过程产生影响.本文对二燃室的出口安装及锅炉进行优化、替换除尘器、增设废液直烧站,并对焚烧过程进行优化升级,旨在提高操作流程的规范性,提升焚烧效率,减少污染,推动环境和经济效益的提升.

Abstract

Hazardous waste poses a serious threat to the sustainable development of the environment,and incineration can be used for harmless treatment,reducing the harm of hazardous waste.This article analyzes the incineration process of rotary kilns.The installation angle of the secondary combustion chamber and the aspect ratio of the rotary kiln will have an impact on the incineration process.This article optimizes the installation of the outlet of the secondary combustion chamber and the boiler,replaces the dust collector,and adds a waste liquid direct burning station to upgrade the incineration process.The aim is to improve the standardization of the operation process,enhance incineration efficiency,reduce pollution,and promote environmental and economic benefits.
