摘要

通过对长三角某地级市 887 家持证企业进行排污许可现场核查并梳理发现的问题,了解企业排污许可证在填报信息完整性和准确性、企业实际生产现状和排污许可证载明的一致性,以及企业在证后管理方面的落实情况.针对发现的问题初步分析其产生的原因,并提出进一步完善与提升的建议与措施.

Abstract

Through the on-site verification of pollutant discharge permits for 887 certified enterprises in a prefecture-level city in the Yangtze River Delta and sorting out the problems found,the integrity and accuracy of the information filled in the pollutant discharge permits of enterprises,the consistency of the actual production status of enterprises and the emission permits,and the implementation of enterprises in the post-certification management are understood.According to the problems found,the causes are analyzed,and the suggestions and measures for further improvement and improvement are put forward.
