Environmental Impact Assessment and the Whole-Process Ecological Environment Management Path Exploration
With the increase of people's attention to ecological environmental protection, environmental impact assessment plays an increasingly important role in the early stage of a project. However,in practice, environmental impact assessment has many shortcomings, such as narrow scope of assessment, time lag and poor management and monitoring, which limits its effectiveness in complex environmental protection needs.Based on this, this paper analyzed the current situation and shortcomings of environmental impact assessment, discussed the possibility of organic integration with the whole process of ecological environmental management, and proposed specific methods for innovation in the scope, timing and supervision, aiming at optimizing the timing of assessment by expanding the coverage of environmental impact assessment and strengthening the management and monitoring of the implementation process.Establish a more scientific and systematic ecological environment management path to effectively promote the realization of ecological civilization construction.
