Environmental monitoring and law enforcement are important means of ecological civilization construction.On the basis of analyzing the current situation and problems of environmental monitoring and environmental law enforcement,this article proposed ideas and measured for constructing a linkage mechanism between environmental monitoring and environmental law enforcement.The linkage mechanism should have clear goals and principles,establish a reasonable organizational structure and operating mode,and provide necessary safeguard measures.Summarize practical experience through typical case analysis and propose suggestions for further improving the linkage mechanism.The construction of a linkage mechanism helps to enhance the scientific,refined,and intelligent level of ecological environment governance,providing strong support for accelerating the construction of ecological civilization.
