改良型AAO和MBBR组合工艺在城市河道污水应急处理中的应用研究

摘要
针对东莞市新基河在雨季或污水管网高水位造成的污水溢流问题,应用改良型AAO和MBBR组合工艺进行应急处理.该组合工艺是利用硝化液的二次回流,实现更好的脱氮除磷效果,COD、NH3-N、TP、SS的平均去除效率分别为86.5%、93.5%、93.1%、92.4%,COD、NH3-N、TP出水浓度优于地表水Ⅳ类标准,SS出水浓度稳定达到城镇污水处理厂一级A标准.该组合工艺具有占地面积小、出水水质稳定可靠、运行高效节能等优点,可有效降低河道水体污染物浓度,从而为河道污水的应急处理提供经验.
Abstract
Aiming at the problem of sewage overflow caused by Xinji River in Dongguan City during the rainy season or high water level of the sewage network,a modified AAO and MBBR combination process was applied.The combined process,using nitrifying liquid twice backflow,so as to achieve better nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect,COD,NH3-N,TP,SS average removal efficiency of 86.5%,93.5%,93.1%,92.4%.COD,NH3-N,TP effluent concentration is better than the Ⅵ class of surface water standards,SS effluent concentration steadily reached the urban wastewater treatment plant class A standards.It has the advantages of small footprint,stable and reliable water quality,high efficiency and energy saving,it effectively reduces the concentration of pollutants in river water and provides application experience for emergency treatment of river sewage.
