制药行业水污染治理技术的研究

摘要
制药污水成分复杂,生物毒性强,含难降解污染物,目前以物化处理方法为主,而厌氧和好氧组合处理则是其后处理方式,但目前厌氧好氧处理装置运行频繁,亟需研发出高效低耗的组合装置.因此,要想彻底解决制药污水问题,就必须要实施绿色生产流程及清洁生产管理,努力实现生产过程的封闭循环,从而为企业的可持续发展奠定坚实的基础.本文对制药行业水污染治理技术进行探讨,并提出了相应的控制对策,以期为相关工作人员提供一定的借鉴.
Abstract
Pharmaceutical wastewater has complex components,strong biological toxicity and refractory pollutants.At present,physical and chemical treatment is the main method,while anaerobic and aerobic combined treatment is the post-treatment method.However,at present,anaerobic and aerobic treatment devices operate frequently,so it is urgent to develop high-efficiency and low-consumption combined devices.Therefore,in order to completely solve the problem of pharmaceutical wastewater,we must implement green production process and clean production management,strive to realize the closed cycle of production process,and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises.In this paper,the water pollution control technology in pharmaceutical industry is discussed,and the corresponding control countermeasures are given,in order to provide some reference for relevant staff.
