摘要
本文简要开展了新污染物共排放分析工作,明确了其共排路径;对于新污染物共排监测工作进行了深入分析,指出了监测重点,提出了监测方案,并以此确定了监测细节;结合新污染物共排形成的环境问题,提出对应的生态管理措施:加强环境监测、增强重点新型污染成分的处理等,以此有效应对新污染物共同排放带来的生态危机,稳步推进生态监测、环境管理等各项工作.
Abstract
This article briefly conducts the analysis of co emission of new pollutants and clarifies their co emission paths;A thorough analysis was conducted on the co emission monitoring of new pollutants,highlighting the monitoring focus and providing a monitoring plan to determine the monitoring details;Based on the environmental problems caused by the co discharge of new pollutants,corresponding ecological management measures are proposed:strengthening environmental monitoring,enhancing the treatment of key new pollutants,etc.,in order to effectively respond to the ecological crisis caused by the co discharge of new pollutants,and steadily promote ecological monitoring and environmental management work.
