Study on the Path of Improving the Effective Connection between the Aia System and the Pollutant Discharge Permit System
With the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection,pollutant discharge has gradually become the focus of attention.This paper made an in-depth analysis of the key points and difficulties of environmental impact assessment and pollutant discharge permit system in actual operation.By analyzing the challenges in current practice,it put forward specific improvement suggestions,such as strengthening legal norms,unifying technical standards,and establishing more effective communication and coordination mechanisms.At the same time,it emphasized the role of information construction in improving the efficiency of system connection.It was suggested that data sharing and regulatory collaboration should be enhanced through online platforms.The research shows that the implementation of the above measures can effectively promote the further improvement of the environmental management system,strengthen environmental protection,and protect public health and ecological safety.
