摘要
生态文明建设及环境保护工程是新时期社会发展的重点,其中落实好危险废物的精准管理和合理利用是维持环境安全性和稳定性的重要手段.以全面提升跨省转移科学性和管理精细化程度为目的,围绕审批程序、监管规则、违法行为处置等相关细节提出优化方案,确保现行政策体系能够落实到位,为危险废物跨省转移的操作和管理提供良好保障.
Abstract
The construction of ecological civilization and environmental protection project is the focus of social development in the new era,among which the accurate management and rational use of hazardous waste is an important means to maintain environmental safety and stability.In order to comprehensively improve the scientific nature of cross-provincial transfer and the refinement of management,optimization plans are proposed around the approval procedures,regulatory rules,and disposal of illegal behaviors,to ensure that the current policy system can be implemented in place,and to provide a good guarantee for the operation and management of cross-provincial transfer of hazardous waste.
