水环境监测全过程质量体系的构建及措施研究

摘要
本文系统阐述了水环境监测全过程质量体系的内涵,并以其为基础,论述全过程质量体系的构建原则、基本要素及关键环节,结合全过程质量控制体系的构建要点,从布点质量控制、水样采样质量控制、水环境监测技术实施路径、实验室分析质量控制和数据分析质量控制五方面阐述全过程质量体系的构建思路.希望本文能为我国水域环境保护工作的开展提供借鉴.
Abstract
This paper systematically expounded the connotation of the whole process quality system of water environment monitoring,and based on it,expounded the construction principles,basic elements and key links of the whole process quality system,and combined the construction points of the whole process quality control system.The whole process of quality system construction was described from five aspects:distribution quality control,water sampling quality control,water environment monitoring technology implementation path,laboratory analysis quality control and data analysis quality control.It is hoped that this paper can provide more reference for Chinese water area environmental protection work.
