摘要
濮阳市华龙区政府建立的生态环境网格化监管平台,利用大数据技术,实现了环境监控与治理的精准化、网格化.该平台通过线上实时监控与线下网格员联动,有效推动了各部门责任的落实.本文概述了该平台的功能、组织架构及网格员的工作模式,并针对存在的问题提出建议,旨在提升生态环境网格化监管水平,从而为相关工作者提供借鉴.
Abstract
The Puyang Hualong District government has established a grid-based monitoring platform for the ecological environment,which makes use of big data technology to achieve precision and grid-based environmental monitoring and governance.The platform effectively promotes the implementation of the responsibilities of all departments through online real-time monitoring and interaction with offline grid members.This paper summarized the platform function,organization structure and grid staffworking mode,and put forward some suggestions aiming at the existing problems,in order to improve the level of eco-environmental grid supervision and provide reference for related workers.
