Assessment of Current Status and Health Risk of Heavy Metal Pollution in Groundwater from a Domestic Waste Landfill Site
The purpose of this study was to assess the impact of heavy metals on the surrounding groundwater environment,and to assess the potential health risks by using a health risk assessment model.The results showed that the total non-carcinogenic hazard quotient(NHI)of different pollutants ranked as CR6+>as≫PB≫HG≫ZN>CU>MN;children had higher NHI than adults;The total non-carcinogenic hazard quotient of all pollutants was within the acceptable range.
