尾矿库水污染隐患排查整治要点分析

尾矿具有水固共存的特性.尾矿水和渗滤液中易含有重金属等有毒有害物质,对周边水生态环境具有潜在的污染风险.本文分析了尾矿水和尾矿的循环输送路径,从输送管道、收集回用水池、废水处理、环境监测与应急,以及雨污分流等方面分析了尾矿库水污染隐患排查的要点,提出了承担主体责任、开展常态排查整治、做好环境监测、加强环境应急、重视雨污分流及严格环境监管等环境管理建议,以期为尾矿库运营管理单位及生态环境部门开展尾矿库环境管理提供参考.
Analysis on Key Points of Investigation and Rectification of Potential Water Pollution in Tailing Pond
Tailings have the characteristics of water-solid coexistence.Tailings water and leachate are prone to contain heavy metals and other toxic and harmful substances,which have potential pollution risks to the surrounding water ecological environment.This paper analyzed the recycling transportation path of tailings water and tailings,and analyzed the main points of the investigation of potential water pollution in tailings ponds from the aspects of transportation pipeline,collection and reuse pool,waste water treatment,environmental monitoring and emergency response,and rain and pollution diversion.Environmental management suggestions such as taking the main responsibility,regular investigation and rectification,doing a good job of environmental monitoring,strengthening environmental emergency response,paying attention to rain and pollution diversion and strict environmental supervision are put forward,in order to provide references for tailings pond operation management units and ecological environment departments to carry out tailings pond environmental management.
