摘要
环境影响评价是指对规划和建设项目实施后可能造成的环境影响进行分析、预测和评估,并提出预防或减轻不良环境影响的对策和措施,进行跟踪监测的方法与制度.在经济社会快速发展的今天,建设项目的数量和规模均呈现增长趋势,建设项目的实施不可避免地会对环境产生一定影响.为了保障生态环境的安全稳定,环境影响评价已经成为不可或缺的一环.环境影响评价活动不仅是推动生态文明建设的关键,也是对建设项目进行监管的有效手段.本文主要分析了环境影响评价的内涵,提出了建设项目环境影响评价中存在的问题及预防措施,以期更好地服务于建设项目的发展.
Abstract
Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA)refers to the process of analyzing,predicting,and evaluating the potential environmental impacts of planning and construction projects,proposing countermeasures to prevent or mitigate adverse environmental effects,and implementing follow-up monitoring methods and systems.In the context of rapid economic and social development,the number and scale of construction projects are increasing,inevitably causing certain environmental impacts.To ensure the safety and stability of the ecological environment,EIA has become an indispensable part.EIA activities are not only crucial actions in promoting ecological civilization but also effective means of supervising construction projects.This paper mainly analyzed the connotation of EIA,identifies the existing problems in the EIA of construction projects,and proposed preventive measures,aiming to better serve the development of construction projects.
