Evaluation on the Sustainable Utilization Level of Cultivated Land in Fujian Province
In order to explore the sustainable utilization level of cultivated land in Fujian Province,an improved cultivated land ecological footprint model was used to localize the yield factor based on the"national hectare"standard,and the ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity of cultivated land in Fujian Province from 2006 to 2021 were calculated.On this basis,the sustainable utilization index of cultivated land is introduced and the level of sustainable utilization of cultivated land in Fujian Province is evaluated.The results indicate that the ecological footprint,ecological carrying capacity,and sustainable utilization index of cultivated land in Fujian Province from 2006 to 2021 showed a certain fluctuation trend.Except for a few years,the sustainable utilization level of cultivated land is generally in a weak and unsustainable state.Three measures are proposed to enhance the sustainable utilization level of cultivated land in Fujian Province:The first is to strengthen the responsibility of protecting cultivated land and implement a balance between occupation and compensation of cultivated land;The second is to promote green development of agriculture and continuously improve the ecological environment of cultivated land;The third is to strengthen agricultural technology innovation and improve the efficiency of farmland utilization.
