The compilation style and content of Selected Works of Ancient and Modern Poetry of Innocence are expounded.The compilation style is combined with the poetry pattern in the poetry selection.The contents of Selected Works of Ancient and Modern Poetry of Innocence are derived from the late Ming Dynasty anthology Ancient Poetry,Tang Poetry,and the early Qing anthology Ancient Poetry Source,A Classified Collection of Tang Poetry,A Collection of Simultaneous Utterances,etc.,which is based on the poetry anthology of the late Ming Dynasty and the early Qing Dynasty,and takes"no evil"as the purpose of poetry selection.The style and content of Selected Works of Ancient and Modern Poetry of Innocence not only reflect the trend of thinking under the era of textual research,but also reflect the needs of guiding the creation of trial poems under the reform of the imperial examination system.
