Exploring the internal context of the creation of locked courtyard poetry in the Southern Song Dynasty;analyzing the text of the locked courtyard poetry,it is found that the depth and breadth of the connotation of the Southern Song Dynasty's official locked courtyard poetry have been greatly improved compared to the previous generation,which has led to new artistic characteristics in the Southern Song Dynasty's locked courtyard poetry.It is believed that the artistic expression of the special literary theme of the imperial examination literature,the poetry of the Southern Song Dynasty imperial examination officials,is the result of the interweaving and interaction between the imperial examination and literature.
