This paper discusses a stage structured cannibalism model in which the birth rate of adult individuals is constrained by the number of juvenile populations.Firstly, the existence and uniqueness of positive equilibrium point of the model are obtained by algebraic methods;Secondly, the positive equilibrium point of the model is globally asymptotically stable by using linear approximation and Dulac function.Research shows that the constraints of cannibalism and the number of juvenile populations on the birth rate of adult individuals will not change the original dynamic behavior of the model, but only lead to a decrease in the final number of populations.
