Application of Facilitated Tucking Combined with Non-nutritional Sucking on Neonatal Venipuncture
The paper elaborates to observe the intervention effect of facilitated tucking combined with non-nutritional sucking on neonatal venipuncture pain, and to explore the effective methods to relieve neonatal venipuncture pain.A total of 108 neonates were selected as the research objects from March to August 2023 when they were admitted to NICU in our hospital, and were randomly divided into control group, facilitated tucking group and combined group with 36 cases in each group. The neonatal pain score, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation and the success rate of venipuncture were compared among the three groups. The results show that the pain score, heart rate, oxygen saturation of the facilitated tucking group and combination group are better than the control group during and after intravenous puncture(all P<0.01).There is no statistical difference in the success rate of venipuncture among the three groups(P>0.05).The results indicate that facilitated tucking combined with non-nutritional sucking can effectively relieve the pain of neonatal venipuncture, which was worthy of promotion.
