DSA Guided Percutaneous Gastrostomy for the Treatment of Patients with Dysphagia
The clinical data of 41 patients with dysphagia treated by percutaneous gastrostomy under the guidance of digital subtraction angiography(DSA)in The Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from May 2018 to may 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. The success rate of operation, the incidence of complications, albumin(ALB),total protein(TP),prealbumin(PA),body weight and other indicators of patients 3 days before operation,30 days after operation and 90 days after operation were statistically analyzed, and the safety and effectiveness of DSA guided percutaneous gastrostomy(introducer method)in the treatment of dysphagia were discussed. The results shows that percutaneous gastrostomy(introducer method)guided by DSA machine was successful in 41 patients;Complications occurred in 3 patients, and the incidence of complications was 7.32%;There were significant differences in ALB,TP,PA and body weight between 3 days before operation and 30 days after operation(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in each index between 30 days and 90 days after operation(P>0.05).It shows that DSA guided percutaneous gastrostomy(introducer method)has high success rate and low incidence of complications, which can improve the postoperative nutritional indicators of patients with dysphagia, and has high clinical applica-tion value.
