Application of"ZhuKang"APP in Rehabilitation Management for Postoperative Patients with Distal Radius Fracture
Seventy-nine postoperative patients with distal radius fractures were randomly divided into a control group(39 cases)and an intervention group(40 cases)by random number table method. The control group received standard postoperative rehabilitation nursing and follow-up,while the intervention group, also received rehabilitation management of early functional exercise based on the"ZhuKang"APP in addition to routine care. The intervention group exhibited significantly higher scores of exercise compliance at discharge,3rd week, and 6th week postoperative compared to the control group.Cooney wrist joint scores were higher in the intervention group at discharge and 6th week postoperative.Wrist joint ranges of motion were higher at 6th week post-surgery compared to the control group. The result indicates that the remote guidance, supervision, and follow-up based on the"ZhuKang"APP in postoperative patients with distal radius fractures can improve exercise compliance and effectiveness and promote recovery of wrist joint mobility and function.
