The paper analyzes the corporate governance structure of professional football leagues in China.It reveals the core problems faced by China's professional football league,including insufficient transparency,unclear rights and responsibilities,ineffective supervision and financial risks.The importance of corporate governance structure is discussed,including improving governance transparency,clarifying rights and responsibilities,strengthening supervision mechanism and standardizing financial management.It points out the specific path of corporate governance of professional football leagues in China.
