摘要
从教育、科技、人才三者的内在逻辑、战略地位等维度,论述新时代教育、科技、人才的战略地位及作用,以期为全面建设社会主义现代化国家提供参考.研究表明,教育、科技、人才是全面建设社会主义现代化国家至关重要的基本性、战略性支撑:教育的基本性、战略性支撑具有先导性、根本性的地位和意义,科技侧重在创新动力层面发挥着基本性、战略性支撑作用,人才侧重在资源及主体层面发挥基本性、战略性支撑作用.
Abstract
From the internal logic and strategic position of education,science and technology and talents,the strategic position and function of education,science and technology and talents in the new era are discussed in order to provide reference for comprehensively building socialist modern country.The research shows that education,science and technology,and talents are the fundamental and strategic support for comprehensively building socialist modern country in an all-round way:the basic and strategic support of education has a leading and fundamental position and significance;science and technology plays a basic and strategic supporting role in the level of innovation motivation;talents play a basic and strategic supporting role in the level of resources and subjects.
