摘要
论述新质生产力的理论内涵;认为推进地方高校思政课教师队伍建设促进新质生产力发展具有内在的逻辑必然;阐述推进地方高校思政课教师队伍建设在顶层设计、理念创新、知识传播、评价机制等方面面临的挑战;提出推进地方高校思政课教师队伍建设促进新质生产力发展的实践路径.
Abstract
The paper discusses the theoretical connotation of new quality productive forces.It holds that there is an inherent logical necessity promoting the construction of ideological and political course teachers in local colleges and universities to develop new quality productive forces.It expounds the challenges faced by promoting the construction of ideological and political course teachers in local colleges and universities in the aspects of top-level design,concept innovation,knowledge dissemination,evaluation mechanism,etc.It proposes practical paths to promote the construction of ideological and political teachers in local colleges and universities and promote the development of new quality productive forces.
