The Mechanism of Promoting Community Participatory Governance by Integrating Idle Resources from the Perspective of Sharing——Based on the"Neighbor Mode"Practice in Siming District,Xiamen City
It is believed that sharing promotes participation is a new perspective for deepening research on community participatory governance.The paper elaborates on the mechanism of integrating idle resources in community participatory governance from the perspective of sharing.Theoretical analysis shows that effective integration and utilization of idle resources are the most basic characteristics of sharing.There are various types of integrating idle resources in communities,usually forming a matrix block of integrating community resources based on the intersection of community human resources,community material resources,community organizational resource sequences,and internal and external resource sequences.Integrating idle resources in the community has the mechanism of reducing costs and increasing benefits,promoting community participation.The"neighbor mode"in Siming District,Xiamen City has promoted widespread participation of community residents in community public affairs,proving that sharing can promote community participation.
