Research on the Optimization Path of the Environmental Deposit System in China
In order to prevent the pollution of solid waste caused by the arbitrary disposal of waste products and packaging,and construct the recycling system of waste materials,the environmental deposit system came into being.The paper sorts out and analyzes the waste recycling management methods introduced in some places,and uses case analysis and comparative analysis to examine China's current environmental deposit system.It is found that there are still some problems in the environmental security deposit system in our country,such as the legal standard system to be improved,the operability to be improved and the incentive to be strengthened.Therefore,the optimization of China's environmental deposit system should focus on the overall promotion of the system of legal norms system construction,detailed norms to improve operability,and broaden incentive channels to increase policy incentives.
