The Optimization of the State-owned Capital Distribution Empowers the Development of New Quality Productive Forces——A Case Study Based on the Optimization of Layout by Fujian State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission
Taking the optimization of state-owned capital layout by Fujian Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission as an example,this paper analyzes the practical paths of state-owned capital layout optimization empowering new quality productive forces.It is found that the optimization of state-owned capital layout can promote the development of new quality productive forces through cultivating strategic emerging industries,implementing regional coordination strategies,and promoting enterprise digital and green transformation.Accordingly,suggestions are proposed to promote the optimization of state-owned capital layout and empower the development of new quality productivity.
