摘要
以福建省国资委优化国有资本布局为例分析国有资本布局优化赋能新质生产力的实践路径;发现国有资本优化布局可以通过培育战略性新兴产业、实施区域协调策略、推动企业数字化和绿色化转型等途径促进新质生产力发展;据此提出推动国有资本优化布局、赋能新质生产力发展的建议.
Abstract
Taking the optimization of state-owned capital layout by Fujian Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission as an example,this paper analyzes the practical paths of state-owned capital layout optimization empowering new quality productive forces.It is found that the optimization of state-owned capital layout can promote the development of new quality productive forces through cultivating strategic emerging industries,implementing regional coordination strategies,and promoting enterprise digital and green transformation.Accordingly,suggestions are proposed to promote the optimization of state-owned capital layout and empower the development of new quality productivity.
