77 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis combined with lung cancer and 86 patients with simple pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital during the same period from May 2017 to May 2021 were selected for clinical data analyses by using the case-control study method,and their risk factors and drug resistance of mycobacterium tuberculosis were explored for early identification.The results show that pulmonary tuberculosis patients are at risk of lung cancer,which has certain clinical and imaging characteristics.The rate of simultaneous acquired drug resistance and multidrug resistance increased significantly.Risk factors should be identified as early as possible,and early diagnosis and simultaneous treatment should be performed to obtain better curative effect.
