The clinical data of 150 children with CAP admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from January 2021 to December 2022 were collected, and all children were divided into mild CAP group(90 cases)and severe CAP group(60 cases); The clinical, laboratory and imaging data of the two groups were compared.According to univariate statistical analysis and Logistic regression analysis, lymphocyte percentage, neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio, erythrocyte distribution width and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase were independent risk factors for severe CAP;It is believed that the lymphocyte percentage,NLR,erythrocyte distribution width and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase are helpful for clinicians to evaluate the severity of community-acquired pneumonia in children.
