Numerical Simulation of Push-out Specimens of Stud Connectors Based on Three-dimensional Solid Model
In order to study bearing capacity and shear stiffness of studs in push-out specimens of stud connections,push-out specimens were selected as the research object.A three-dimensional solid finite element calculation model considering material non-linearity,geometric non-linearity,and contact relationship was established. The effects of concrete strength, interface friction coefficient, stud yield strength and steel bar diameter on bearing capacity and shear stiffness of studs were investigated. The results show that the connection relationship between studs and H-shaped steel beam can be simulated by binding, and the calculated results are in good agreement with the relevant test results. It is relatively poor to increase the shear capacity and shear stiffness of studs by enhancing steel bar diameter, stud yield strength and concrete strength grade. It is recommended to improve the bearing capacity and shear stiffness of studs by increasing the diameter of the stud and the interface friction coefficient.
