The study explores the connotation and characteristics of new quality productivity,its theoretical evolution and contemporary value.It also explores the internal relationship between new quality productivity,higher education and sci-tech societies;and explores how to leverage the role of sci-tech societies to empower the development of new quality productivity from three aspects:interaction,promotion,and challenge.Then it is proposed to to explore scientific and educational practice approaches that adapt to the development of new quality productivity from three levels:technology led,education oriented and new quality productivity driven.
