摘要
党组织参与治理是促进绿色技术创新,引领企业绿色高质量发展的重要抓手.基于我国A股上市高新技术企业 2011-2020 年数据实证分析,结果显示:企业党组织成员通过嵌入董事会、管理层参与公司治理,促进了企业理性创新投入;党组织参与治理及其三种嵌入方式均提高了企业绿色技术创新在数量和质量两方面的产出与效率;党组织参与治理的作用效果存在产权异质性;地区制度环境的改善正向调节以上关系.
Abstract
Party organizations'participation in governance is an important lever to promote green technology innovation and lead enterprises in green and high-quality development.Based on the empirical analysis of data from China's A-share listed high-tech enterprises from 2011 to 2020,the results show that the members of the enterprise's party organizations'participate in corporate governance by embedding the board of directors and management,promoting rational innovation investment in the enterprise;Party organizations'participation in governance and their three embedding methods have all improved the output and efficiency of green technology innovation in both quantity and quality;There is heterogeneity in property rights in the effectiveness of party organizations'participation in governance;The improvement of regional institutional environment positively regulates the above relationship.
