摘要
利用共享经济理念,推进地方高校大型仪器设备共享,可达到节约与发展的双重效果.文章通过分析地方高校大型仪器设备共享存在的问题,提出了统筹规划资源配置,建立制度体系,依托信息化技术和加强人才队伍建设等方面构建共享机制的思路,促进大型仪器设备的开放共享.
Abstract
Using the sharing economy concept to promote the sharing operation of large-scale instruments and equipment in local universities can achieve the dual effects of economy and development.Through the analysis of the problems in the sharing of large instruments and equipment in local universities,this paper puts forward the ideas of the management and sharing mechanism from the aspects of overall planning,establishing an institutional system,relying on information technology and strengthening the construction of talent team.This is to promote the sharing of large instruments and equipment in local universities.
