摘要
男幼师对学前儿童身体素质和意志品质等方面的发展具有重要作用,但长期以来我国幼儿园男教师引不进、留不住却是不争的事实.课题组对长期坚守在幼儿园的三位男教师进行调查研究,采用访谈法和现场观察法对其职业发展前期、初期、中期以及未来发展期望的关键环节进行故事性描述,同时基于扎根理论,利用"本土概念"以及文化客位概念对访谈资料进行编码,揭示促进男性幼儿教师职业发展的宏观、微观和内生层面的影响因素.
Abstract
Male kindergarten teachers play an important role in the physical and psychological development of preschool children,but for a long time,it is an indisputable fact that the male kindergarten teachers in our country can not be introduced and retained.This study conducted a survey and research on three male teachers who have been persisting in kindergarten for a long time.Using interview and on-site observation methods to describe the key stages and important events of their career development expectations in the early,early,middle,and future stages.Based on the grounded theory,the interview data was encoded using"local concept"and cultural objectivity concepts,Summarize the macro,micro,and endogenous factors that affect the career development of male preschool teachers.
