摘要
新时代高等教育的根本任务就是立德树人,培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人.高职院校作为培养新时代综合型技术技能人才的重要阵地,应积极响应把马克思主义基本原理同中华优秀传统文化相结合的思想解放新要求,然而我国传统工匠精神融入高职院校人才培养方面面临培养观念滞后、教育资源局限、运行机制不足的新困境.为了落实"第二个结合"的改革要求和破解当前困境,必须深入挖掘我国传统工匠精神所蕴含的丰富内容,将之与高职院校人才培养相融合,从塑造大国工匠精神价值观、优化人才培育资源结构、完善培育机制几方面探索传统工匠精神融入综合型技术技能人才过程的途径.
Abstract
The fundamental task of higher education in the new era is to cultivate new people who take on the responsibility of national rejuvenation.As an important position for training comprehensive technical talents in the new era,higher vocational colleges should actively respond to the new requirements of ideological liberation by combining the basic principles of Marxism with the excellent traditional Chinese culture.However,the integration of traditional craftsman spirit into the talent training of higher vocational colleges in our country is faced with new difficulties such as backward training concept,limited educational resources and insufficient operating mechanism.In order to implement the reform requirements of the"second combination"and solve the current dilemma,it is necessary to dig deep into the rich content of China's traditional craftsman spirit,integrate it with the talent training of higher vocational colleges,and explore ways to integrate the traditional craftsman spirit into the comprehensive technical skills talent process from the aspects of shaping the spiritual values of great countries'craftsman,optimizing the structure of talent cultivation resources and improving the training mechanism
