摘要

为减小电动汽车集群无序入网充电的影响,课题组引入了用户积极响应有序充电策略的电价启动阈值和关闭阈值,提出了分时电价的制定方法;同时兼顾电网侧与用户侧,以充电功率、用户需求等为约束,建立了有序充电的双目标非线性规划模型.研究运用宽容分层序列法,对双目标优化模型进行了求解,结果表明:相较于其他充电策略,双优化目标下的电网负荷曲线更加趋于平缓,电网负荷波动明显减小,电动汽车用户充电费用也明显减小,大大提高了用户满意度.

Abstract

In order to reduce the impact of disordered charging of electric vehicles on the power grid,the start-up threshold and shutdown threshold of the electricity price that EV users actively respond to the orderly charging strategy are introduced,and a method for formulating the time-of-use electricity price is proposed.Taking power and user demand as constraints,a dual-objective nonlinear programming model for ordered charging is established.The bi-objective optimization model is solved by the permissive hierarchical sequence method.The results show that:compared with other charging strategies,the power grid load curve under the dual optimization objective is more flat,and the power grid load fluctuation is significantly reduced.Improve user satisfaction.Charging costs for electric vehicle users are also significantly reduced,greatly increasing user satisfaction.
