摘要
张弦空间桁架结构具有造型复杂、跨度大、构件节点空间定位精度要求高等特点,应用BIM技术有利于张弦空间桁架结构的设计施工与运维.文章以实际项目为案例背景,运用BIM、Navisworks、TEKLA、3D Max Rhino、Lumion等软件对复杂张弦空间桁架结构进行建模、修改与维护.结合软件对三维模型进行BIM基础技术应用、土建BIM应用与机电BIM应用,同时开发了一系列创新应用,如研发大跨度空间张弦桁架组装滑移成套监测技术,实现钢结构健康监测,强化构件拆分与深化设计,进行BIM精细化排砖管理以及大跨度复杂钢桁架结构智慧工地的精细化管理,并对实施效果进行检验,助推我国张弦空间桁架结构施工总承包水平的稳步提升.
Abstract
The space truss structure is characterized by complex shape,large span and high spatial positioning accuracy of component nodes.BIM technology is conducive to the design,construction,operation and maintenance of the space truss structure.The article takes a real project as a case background to model,modify and maintain a complex tensile space truss structure using BIM,Navisworks,TEKLA,3D Max Rhino,Lumion and other software.Combined with the software for BIM basic technology application,civil BIM application and electromechanical BIM application on 3D model,a series of innovative applications have been developed at the same time,such as the research and development of complete set of monitoring technology for large-span space tensile string truss assembly and slip,the realisation of health monitoring of steel structure,the strengthening of component disassembling and deepening of design,the refinement of bricklaying management by BIM,and the refinement of the intelligent construction site for large-span and complex steel truss structure,and the testing of the implementation effect to help promote the steady improvement of the general contracting level of China's tensile string joist structure.And the implementation effect will be examined to promote the steady improvement of the general contracting level of China's tensile space truss structure construction.
