摘要

课题组结合机器人技术及3D打印技术,以RobotStudio和Inventor软件为基础,构建工业机器人3D打印系统模型及仿真动画效果;根据工业机器人的实际运动特点,设计等层厚切片、环形截面扫描的轨迹规划,实现工业机器人完成立方体的3D打印过程.利用ABB的PC SDK开发基于Visual Basic.NET的上位机控制系统,并通过在机器人系统中分别建立负责"通信"和"执行"的两套变量,实现上位机对系统的有序控制;同时创建友好人机交互界面,为用户提供直观、方便的使用体验,降低学习成本.调试结果显示系统运行逻辑准确,功能完整.

Abstract

Combining robotics and 3D printing technology,the group uses RobotStudio and Inventor software as the basis to construct the 3D printing system model and simulation animation effect of industrial robots;according to the actual movement characteristics of the industrial robots,the trajectory planning of the equal-layer-thickness slicing and circular cross-section scanning is designed,so as to realise that the industrial robots can complete the 3D printing process of the cubic body.Use ABB's PC SDK to develop the upper computer control system based on Visual Basic.NET,and through the establishment of two sets of variables responsible for'communication'and'execution'in the robot system,the upper computer can realise the orderly control of the system;at the same time,create friendly human-machine interaction.At the same time,a friendly human-computer interaction interface is created to provide users with an intuitive and convenient experience and reduce learning costs.The debugging results show that the system runs with accurate logic and complete functions.
