The efficiency of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities directly affects the deep integration of education,technology,and economy.Currently,there is a significant gap between the output and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Chinese universities.The article selects 26 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in the Chinese mainland as research samples,uses DEA model to measure the efficiency of university scientific and technological achievements transformation,and uses fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to analyze the optimization path of university scientific and technological achievements transformation efficiency.The research results indicate that the number of full-time research and development personnel,the number of research and development projects,the proportion of science and technology funds entrusted by enterprises and institutions,regional GDP,and the number of industrial enterprises above designated size are the core conditions for optimizing the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements transformation in universities.Six optimization paths have been proposed,and relevant countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward based on these paths.
