The revision of"Sports Law of the People's Republic of China"has established the basic framework of the diversified settlement mechanism of sports disputes in China at present.Under the background of"sports power",the internal and external connection system of competitive sports dispute resolution has strong practical needs.At present,competitive sports activities are characterized by vague legal relations and rooted network platforms,which are prone to all kinds of disputes and urgently need the transformation of efficient and professional connection mechanism.In the actual operation of the current dispute resolution mechanism,the legal relationship of such disputes is becoming increasingly diversified,and the sports organization itself is not running smoothly,so the value bias of different dispute resolution means is difficult to reconcile.Therefore,we should realize the connection between internal and external means by optimizing the internal operation mechanism of industry organizations and strengthening the new classification mechanism,so as to achieve the balance between the efficiency of solutions and the fairness of results.
