The Composition of Factors and the Mechanism of Influence of Farmers'Digital Literacy:The Effect of Digital Dependence
The digital literacy of farmers plays a strategic, fundamental, and pioneering role in the construction of digital rural areas. This study focuses on the digital literacy of farmers, and utilizes methods such as scale design, questionnaire surveys, field interviews, and structural equations to investigate its constituent elements and influencing mechanisms, and to propose targeted strategies. The research indicates that there are certain promoting or inhibiting effects among the eight factors that constitute the evaluation system of farmers'digital literacy.Specifically, digital identity recognition and digital rights significantly influence farmers'understanding and basic abilities in digital literacy, while the level of digital literacy and digital emotional intelligence have a prominent impact on enhancing digital communication abilities.Digital emotional intelligence and digital security significantly influence the enhancement of digital usage abilities, with the positive impact of digital security on digital usage being particularly pronounced.Furthermore, farmers'level of digital communication has a significant negative impact on digital usage,i.e.,the digital dependence effect. The findings of this study contribute to improving rural governance efficiency, unleashing digital dividends, and achieving digital rural development through the enhancement of the training system for farmers'digital literacy.
