A New Exploration of the Collaborative Legislative Path of Local People's Congresses
As a legislative exploration and practice of regional integration development in China after the 21st century,"collaborative legislation"is essentially an activity of local legislative bodies in different administrative regions working together to complete a certain legislative task.Since"collaborative legislation"was first established as a formal legislative term by law,there are still many uncertain factors in its evolution and development.Therefore,this article aims to explore the development path of collaborative legislation in the new era.This article first analyzes the basic theoretical issues of collaborative legislation,and then uses comparative analysis to examine legislative practices in different law district.This article analyzes relevant issues based on practical cases of cooperative legislation in China.Finally,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions for improving China's collaborative legislative mechanism,providing reference for the construction of the rule of law in China.
