技术善治视角下的网络语言伦理建构

摘要
网络语言的广泛应用和快速发展对社会和人际交流产生了深远的影响.网络语言的简洁性和即时性使得人们能够更加迅速地进行信息交流和观点表达,但同时也带来了一系列伦理问题,如网络暴力、谣言传播和隐私侵犯等.对此提出技术善治的概念,强调技术的道德责任和社会效益,探讨如何在网络语言的使用中进行技术评价和建立全链条治理框架,旨在引导人们在网络语言使用中遵循一定的道德准则和行为规范.
Abstract
The widespread use and rapid development of network language have had profound impacts on society and interpersonal communication.The brevity and immediacy of network language enable people to exchange information and express opinions more rapidly,but it also brings a series of ethical issues such as online violence,rumor propagation,and privacy infringement.In response to this,good governance by technology is a relatively new perspective,which can overcome the negative effect of technical governance-the lack of rational and humanistic values in the governance object.It also improves the pattern of multiple participation with effective participation,promoting multiple co-governance.This is of great significance for solving the ethical problems in network language and promoting the healthy development of network language.
