The Spatial Distribution of E-commerce Development and Its Impact on the Real Economy
In recent years, the rapid development of e-commerce has played an important role in promoting China's economic development.Exploring its impact on different regional economies and the real economy is beneficial for its sustainable and healthy development. Therefore,Moran's I is used in the study to carry out autocorrelation analysis on the spatial distribution characteristics of e-commerce in China, and regression model analysis is used to analyze the impact of e-commerce on commercial housing prices, and then its impact on the spatial distribution of the real economy is analyzed. The results show that the overall Moran's I of China's e-commerce from 2011 to 2020 is greater than 0,and the highest is 0.036.The coefficients of the three regression models for the ratio of business to housing prices and the level of e-commerce are all less than 0,indicating a negative correlation. The development of e-commerce has a certain inhibitory effect on the development of physical retail industry, and traditional agglomeration trend of urban commerce will be greatly weakened under the impact of e-commerce development.
