Influencing Factors and Coping Strategies of College English Teachers'Teaching Efficacy
English teachers'teaching efficacy determines their teaching behavior and students'learning performance,which is the main factor affecting the effectiveness of English teaching.Meanwhile,teaching efficacy is also the inner power to promote teachers'self-development,which can stimulate teachers'potential ability.In view of this,in order to successfully complete English teaching and achieve teaching objectives,English teachers should take the meaning of teaching efficacy as the background,expound the role and necessity of improving their own teaching efficacy,systematically analyze various factors affecting their own teaching efficacy,and then put forward feasible coping strategies for reference.
