大学英语教师教学效能感影响因素及应对策略

摘要
英语教师教学效能感高低决定着教师教学行为和学生学习表现,是影响英语教学成效的主要因素.教学效能感可以推动教师自我发展的内在动力,可以激发教师潜在能力.鉴于此,本文以顺利完成英语教学工作、实现教学目标为出发点,以教学效能感含义为研究背景,阐述提高自身教学效能感的作用和必要性,系统分析影响自身教学效能感的各项因素,而后提出可行性应对策略,以供参考.
Abstract
English teachers'teaching efficacy determines their teaching behavior and students'learning performance,which is the main factor affecting the effectiveness of English teaching.Meanwhile,teaching efficacy is also the inner power to promote teachers'self-development,which can stimulate teachers'potential ability.In view of this,in order to successfully complete English teaching and achieve teaching objectives,English teachers should take the meaning of teaching efficacy as the background,expound the role and necessity of improving their own teaching efficacy,systematically analyze various factors affecting their own teaching efficacy,and then put forward feasible coping strategies for reference.
