摘要
采煤塌陷地整治具有较好的资源保障、环境友好、社会和谐、文化维护等多个功能,是践行"两山理论"的具体措施之一.运用文献研究法和比较分析法,比较梳理了采煤塌陷地整治的概念阐释,从规划编制、"3S"应用、工程技术、城市发展等四个视角,全面回顾并评述了国内外采煤塌陷地整治研究进展,对我国当前采煤塌陷地整治管理工作具有指导价值,对未来相关政策法规的制订具有借鉴意义.
Abstract
The remediation of coal mining subsidence has many functions,such as resource protection,environmental friendliness,social harmony,and cultural maintenance.It is one of the concrete measures to cherish our lucid waters and lush mountains,the invaluable assets,as we cherish our own lives.By using the method of literature research and comparative analysis,this paper compares and analyses coal mining subsidence land remediation,comprehensively reviews and comments on the domestic and foreign research on coal mining subsidence land remediation from the four perspectives of planning,"3S"application,engineering technology and urban development,which has guiding value for the current management of coal mining land subsidence remediation in China and has reference significance for the formulation of relevant policies and regulations in the future.
