随着基因工程在各行各业的广泛应用,生物类相关企业急需一批掌握DNA重组技术的专业人才.为了适应建设地方应用型高水平大学的要求,在产出导向性教育理念的指导下,《基因工程》的课程教学体系进行重构,并将线上线下混合式教学、翻转课堂、在线互动等以学生为主体的评价模式融入考核体系.经过教学实践,教学效果达到预期目标,课程改革达到了激发学生兴趣、培养学生能力的目的.
Teaching System and Evaluation Method Reform of Genetic Engineering Course Based on OBE Concept
With the wide application of genetic engineering in all walks of life,biological related enterprises are in urgent need of a number of professionals who master DNA recombination technology.In order to meet the requirements of building a local application-oriented high-level university and under the guidance of the output-oriented education concept,the teaching system of genetic engineering has been reconstructed.In addition,student-centered evaluation modes such as online and offline mixed teaching,flipped classroom and online interaction are integrated into the assessment system.Through the teaching practice,the teaching has achieved the expected effect,and the curriculum reform has achieved the purpose of stimulating students'interest and cultivating students'ability.
