Research on Enhancing College Engineering Teachers's Ideological and Political Competence
This paper studies how to enhance college engineering teachers'ideological and political teaching ability based on the analysis of the current situation of ideological and political competence of engineering teachers in universities.The ways includes four aspects,which are enhancing their awareness of imparting ideological and political concepts,enhancing their ability to explore ideological and political resources in engineering courses,enhancing their ability to integrate professional knowledge with ideological and political resources,and establishing a guarantee system for ideological and political curriculum.These measures can help achieve a transition from teaching to education.
