Text Analysis of Rural Teachers Construction Policy in Six Central Provinces
Optimizing the construction policy of rural teachers is of great significance to narrow the gap between urban and rural education and promote the high-quality development of the region.The six central provinces in China have many common policies on the supplement,guarantee and training of rural teachers,which have played a positive role in improving the happiness of rural teachers,retaining rural teachers and improving their education and teaching ability.However,it can continue strengthening support for normal colleges and normal majors,strengthening the monitoring of the rural education practice process of pre-service teachers,improving the recruitment requirements for graduates of non-normal majors,implementing the overall evaluation of"school union"schools,implementing the"the bridge of magpies project"for rural teachers,focusing on the education of left-behind children,and multiple teaching.
